Did you know that in the State of Missouri you are allowed to amend four speeding tickets a year? The year is calculated on a calender year basis. Therefore if you recieved five tickets in 1998 but the fifth one you put off until 1999, you could amended all five tickets. | The price of amending a speeding ticket in Jackson County, Missouri has gone up again. The fine used to be $122. Now the cost is $147 for the first offense. The second offense will be $197. The third offense will be $152. The fourth and last offense will be $202. This does not include the cost of attorney's fees. If you have let the ticket go to warrant an additional $25 is added on top of the rest of the fees. |
